1. 7-day money-back guarantee
Within 7 days of your first Pro subscription you can request a full refund — no questions asked.
2. Other refundable cases
We also issue full refunds when:
- SaveTik is unable to download videos for more than 24 hours due to a bug or service outage on our side
- TikTok platform changes break SaveTik for more than 7 consecutive days
- Your account was charged in error
3. Non-refundable cases
Generally we do not refund when:
- You've already used the extension to download many videos and the request is more than 7 days old
- The account was terminated for violating our Terms of Service
- You can't access TikTok due to your network or regional restrictions
4. Cancellation ≠ refund
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; it doesn't trigger a refund of the current period. You keep access until the period ends. Cancel anytime in Account → Manage subscription.
5. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with:
- The email address on your account
- The subscription date
- Reason (optional)
We'll respond within 3 business days. Refunds are processed by Stripe back to the original payment method; bank settlement typically takes 5-10 business days.
